We literally just finished eating this when asked to review!
We had the 2 inch version but shared it!
Scored a 9 1/2 from the better half and only reason didn’t score a 10 was because he had to cook it - rare to very slightly medium and a great sear on both sides! Served with a seafood sauce for surf and turf !
