Our team is headed by Kym Handyside aka "Kymbo Slice", Kym is a 3rd generation butcher and with his father Craig by his side he's looking to bring back the Classic Butcher to the suburbs of East Bentleigh.

We Know Meat

Kym Handyside Is a third-generation butcher who has over 20 years’ experience in both the meat and hospitality industry. Kym has also held senior management roles overseas in London for Gourmet Burger Kitchen. He then started a premium beef brand out of ‘The ageing room’ while touring with BadAss BBQ at Meatstocks in Melbourne and Sydney where he earned the nickname ‘Kymbo Slice’.
