Have to thank my sister, Chris, for gifting us two eye fillet steaks for our anniversary! So amazing! The best eye fillet we've eaten! So tender and succulent. Perfect for an anniversary dinner, couldn't get better in a restaurant!
This is the best steak for us. We like our steak well-done and don't eat thick fat. There's nothing we have to trim off and we enjoy the whole piece!
