Being on the Carnivore Diet, I'm super fussy with the quality of my beef. So, I took a drive out to meet the crew a few months ago and the boys were welcoming and ready to help. They know their product and are proud of it, with good reason. The quality is top shelf and I love it - delicious is an understatement. What you see on the website is what's in the shop.
