I didn't know about Toulouse snags before Marbled Meats introduced me to them. They have an amazing almost gamey flavour in a good way. These are always in my bag when I leave the store.

Pork and duck sausages
I really enjoyed these, but my partner thought they were a bit too herby!! He has always been fussy on his sausages! Will try the pork and fennel ones next I think!

Magnificent meats!
Cooked up the delicious Toulouse sausages with mash, bbq corn ad home-made chutney! Definitely buying them again!
Also bought lambs fry, which was so tender.
