The Marbled Meats Lamb Shoulder has elevated my favourite slow cook recipe to new heights. Slowly cooked hand full size chunks with red wine, tomato, juniper berries, bay leaves and thyme it completely falls apart so soft with a caramalized outer. This was a life changing dish. You guys are always so awesome cutting off the extra fat I don't want and packaging it into the sizes needed.
Cooked slowly bathed in a tomatoe and date sauce with a little oregano and salt and pepper. Sliced beautifully and served with fresh greens.
