The Butcher 2018 by Soumah of Yarra Valley
With this wine, we add a modern twist to an age old Australian blend to create a rich, flavoursome, red wine. The Syrah delivers the fruit, the Cabernet adds a savoury focus and the Nebbiolo brings it all together with elegant structure. The wine is aged in French puncheons for a minimum of 18 months for optimum aroma and flavour integration. The Butcher with its elegant but intense fruit and tannin structure is perfect with meat and cheese dishes.
