Our supply team is local and family owned sourcing our supply from Victorian and NSW farms. Think Gippsland and the foothills on snowy mountains where we focus on grass fed, grass finished black angus cattle to guarantee the best marbling for flavour and tenderness.

Our team is headed by Kym Handyside aka "Kymbo Slice", Kym is a 3rd generation butcher and with his father Craig by his side he's looking to bring back the Classic Butcher to the suburbs of East Bentleigh.
